Henan: 500 thousand yuan to be awarded to famous trademarks

On November 12th, Henan government released a working program to boost the production of best-selling products. The program stipulates that enterprises obtaining new Chinese Well-known Trademarks or Chinese Famous Brand will get a one-time award of 500 thousand yuan.

This follows another stimulating program launched by the local administration for industry and commerce in the first half of this year to support potential entities in applying for Chinese Well-known Trademarks.

Besides the monetary reward, enterprises with best-selling products will enjoy more favorable policies on human resources, bank credit and energy resources.

Enterprises whose products are chosen to be added into a list of best-selling products prepared by the local government will get more support in funding and their newly-established programs will be reviewed through a green path. Moreover, they will be offered with preferential treatment in land use to secure a fast progress of their production programs.
