The 6th China (Yantai) Patent Week activity will be held at the National (Yantai) Patented Technology Exhibition and Trade Center from November 29th to December 5th.

This activity is designed to further implement national intellectual property strategies, boost the intellectual property market, promote the commercialization of intellectual property rights and enhance capacities in the creation, utilization, protection and administration of intellectual properties.

During the week, IP-related departments in Yantai will keenly promote and introduce excellent intellectual property fruits generated this year. Yantai Coastal Zone Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Institute of Computing Technology of Chinese Academy of Sciences Yantai Branch will be invited to participate in the activity. The two institutes will display more than 300 high-tech items involving marine aquaculture, integrated circuits, chip design, human-computer interchange, Internet of Things, network security and management.

Besides, the organizer will conduct various activities including IP dissemination, training and seminars to help investors and patent owners be armed with necessary knowledge on patent transfer.
