Jiangsu set up IPR legal service center for high-level personnel

Lately, an IPR legal service center for high-level entrepreneurship and innovation personnel of Jiangsu Province and Nanjing City (hereinafter referred to as the Center) was jointly set up by Jiangsu Oversea Chinese Association, the People’s Government of Gulou District of Nanjing City, Jiangsu Talent Working Website, Nanjing Science and Technology Association and Nanjing Knowledge Law Firm.

In accordance with the requirements of management and service innovation, the Center will fully exert the guidance role of the government and the role as a link of overseas Chinese association and science and technology association among overseas Chinese and scientific and technological personnel and take the advantage of the influence of Jiangsu Talent Working Website in entrepreneurship and innovation talents and the expertise of Nanjing Knowledge Law Firm to provide IPR legal service for the high-level entrepreneurship and innovation personnel of Jiangsu Province and Nanjing City.

The Center was located in Nanjing Knowledge Law Firm and the firm will undertake everyday legal advice and service work.
