Official Fees Amended in Russia, AGIP Maintains Its Professional Charges

MOSCOW - The Russian Federal Service of Intellectual Property Patents & Trademarks (RUSPATENT) has amended the official fees for legal acts related to Intellectual Property (IP) services in Russia according to the Russian Government Resolution No. 941 dated December 10, 2008.

 

Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP) has obtained a copy of the new list of official fees that entered into force on December 30, 2008; in this respect, only official charges for legal acts related to IP services will be amended accordingly, a press release by AGIP stated.
