China Changsha Intellectual Property Aid Center, which is known as Changsha 12330, provided service in two auto exhibitions held recently in the city. Officials of the center investigated six cases of patent violations on site.
Most of enterprises participating in the two events own indigenous innovations, which were displayed in the exhibitions. During the events, officials, who were joined by enforcement staff of local intellectual property office, reviewed patented products and filed cases on patent infringing products. Enterprises whose products bore substandard labels were required to rectify those errors within a limited period. The officials also delivered dissemination materials to exhibitors and the public and responded to their inquiries on intellectual property protection.
