Shandong: Jinan released Administrative Measures for Special Patent Awards

Recently, the administrations for finance and intellectual property of Jinan, capital city of Shandong province, jointly launched Administrative Measures for Special Patent Awards, specifying the application scope and procedure, ratification, administration and supervision of the special funds.

The special funds, which are designed to reward patent prize winners, will come from the municipal financial budget and be managed by the two administrations. The prizes are graded by three levels with different awards.

The Measures will help enhance the administration for the special funds and promote creation and commercialization of patented technology in the city.
