Inner Mongolia: patent joint enforcement conducted

Days ago, the Intellectual Property Office of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Chifeng Municipal Intellectual Property Office launched joint IPR enforcement action.

During the action, law enforcers mainly inspected agricultural products, drug circulation and manufacture enterprises. Related pharmaceutical companies briefed on their patented drugs.

The enforcement action enhanced the awareness of dealers in circulation section in properly utilizing patent signs, standardized the process of patent administrative enforcement and file management, and raised the consciousness of local enterprises in protecting and safeguarding intellectual property rights.
