Th e suspects failed to prove that theybought the products through legal channels.
Th e counterfeits were bottled in some small,unknown factories using water from the tapor nearby streams, according to enforcementoffi cials.
“Without required procedures includingdisinfection, they could pose serious productsafety risks,” they said.
