As of the first half of 2012, Yangzhou has obtained a total of 29 Chinese Well-known Trademarks with five newly identified, according to information released by a municipal conference on trademarks on July 19th.
In addition, domestic and international trademark registration applications submitted in the first six months this year reached 2,500 and 83 respectively, up 35% and 450% on a year-on-year basis. As of now, the city's valid trademarks have recorded more than 25,300.
