Xinjiang: Bozhou IPO launched market law enforcement inspection

2012/07/09

Recently, law enforcers from Bozhou Intellectual Property Office (IPO) of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region inspected 10 traders.

The law enforcers handed out 40 legal materials and discovered 2 traders suspected of selling counterfeit patent commodities. Law enforcers collected evidence and put on record.

To develop IPR “Convoy” action and combat counterfeit patents, Bozhou IPO reinforced inspection over counterfeit patent acts. Nowadays, the patent protection awareness of some store owners was obviously raised, and they set up registration ledger for patented commodities, which facilitated law enforcement activities.
