Xinjiang: Kashi issued plan on promoting IPR strategy implementation

Kashi Prefecture in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region issued Circular of Kashi Prefecture IPR Strategy Leading Group on Carrying out the Plan on Promoting IPR Strategy Implementation of Kashi Prefecture (2011~2015)(hereinafter referred to as the Plan).

The Plan consists of 3 parts inclusive of 30 work measures and will be carried out by 29 member units solely or jointly. It deployed work from such four aspects, i.e. raising IPR creation ability, promoting IPR transformation and use, enhancing IPR protection and promulgating policies and measures.

The issuance of the Plan is of great significance in fully exerting the role of IPR system, lifting the ability of Kashi Prefecture in IPR creation, use, protection and management and impelling the development of the economy, science and technology, society and culture of the prefecture, particularly Kashi special economic development zone.
