Lately, Yangzhou City of Jiangsu Province set up enterprise IPR strategy promotion project and deployed special funds.

The project targets to enterprises with strong innovative ability, having more independent R&D patented technologies and most products of which are patented products. Meanwhile, the project undertakers must be enterprise IPR management standardization demonstration construction entities of the province, must have good IPR management basis, sound IPR management agencies and more perfect IPR management system. The project undertakers will be determined through the procedures including expert appraisal, site inspection and publicity.

To implement the project aims to impel enterprises to work out medium- and long-term IPR development strategy, enhance IPR talent cultivation and cultural construction, strengthen patent information development and use ability and effectively raise enterprises’capability in IPR creation, use, protection and management.
