Li Yuguang, Deputy Commissioner of China's State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO), has recently chaired a delegation to visit German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA) and had a bilateral discussion with DPMA's President Ms. Cornelia Rudloff-Schäffer.
During the meeting, the two parties exchanged their latest development in practice with each other and further discussed issues related to electronic filing management and informatization. As Li pointed out, the cooperation between China and Germany on IPR issues has been maintained for nearly 30 years, covering a wide range of programs. "China is willing to see a further extension of the partnership with joined efforts from Germany", said Li, and this was echoed by Ms. Cornelia Rudloff-Schäffer, who agreed to expand the bilateral cooperation both in level and scale.
