Recently, officers of Mianyang Municipal Intermediate People's Court in Sichuan Province walked out to disseminate relevant laws and regulations of IPR protection to the general public and enhance their IPR protection awareness by distributing promotional materials and offering on-site Q & A service.
In order to further strengthen the city's IPR protection and provide stronger legal protection for the building of Mianyang science and technology city, Mianyang courts will invite enterprises and scientific research institutes to hold seminars and open IPR trials to make more people understand the importance of IPR protection.
In order to increase the protection of intellectual property, the Municipal Intermediate People's Court, the Municipal Intellectual Property Office, Bureau of Culture, Bureau of Agriculture, Industry and Commerce Bureau and other departments establish a working system to mediate intellectual property disputes, resulting in a positive interaction between administrative mediation and judicial mediation over IP disputes and timely resolution of a large number of IPR cases.
