The State Administration for Industry and Commerce (SAIC) approved 15 Chinese well-known trademarks to Sichuan Province, including "仁和春天" (pinyin: Renhechuntian) trademark owned by Renhe Spring Dept. Store Co., Ltd., "丹丹" (pinyin: Dandan) owned by Sichuan Province Dandan Condiment Limited and "陳麻婆" (pinyin: Chenmapo) owned by Chengdu Food and Beverage Company, reported from the Trademark Office under Chengdu Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce.
Chengdu has seen the most rapid growth in Chinese well-known trademarks since 2009, totaling 66 ones with 45 added from 2009 to now. It increased by 29% and hit a record high this time.
In addition to the three trademarks mentioned above, the other 12 trademarks are "硅宝" (pinyin: Guibao ), "GoldTel", "KL KELUN", "岷山" (pinyin: Minshan), "广乐" (pinyin: Guangle), "DEC", "彩", (pinyin: Cai) "贝根" (pinyin: Beigen ), "新葉" (pinyin: Xinye), "远星" (pinyin: Yuanxing), "鸿笙" (pinyin: Hongsheng) and "渔樵仙" (pinyin: Yuqiaoxian).
Based on the analysis of the 15 trademarks, 4 belong to primary industry; 8 belong to secondary industry; 3 belong to tertiary industry. "陳麻婆" is the first China Time-honored Brand in Sichuan identified as Chinese well-known trademark. The right holder of "丹丹" is the first enterprise obtaining Chinese well-known trademark among those using "郫县豆瓣" geographical indication certification mark. From the perspective of distribution, 6 belong to the old city zone; 4 belong to the new city zone; 5 belong to the outer suburbs. "贝根", "远星" and "鸿笙" are the first three Chinese well-known trademarks ever cultivated in the outer suburbs. The rapid development of Chinese well-known trademarks in Chengdu lays a solid foundation for it to implement brand strategies.
