In a bid to improve the quality and competitiveness of commodities labeled Xuzhou Notable Trademarks, the regulation to administer such marks is duly amended, stipulating more prerequisites for filing notable trademark applications as follows:
- More quality certifications of the product are needed.
- The standard of sales amount of commodities in manufacturing industry is leveled up.
- Corporate tax should not be less than 3% of the annual sales revenues.
- The emission standard of enterprises is duly required.
The up-coming 2012 appraisal process of Xuzhou Notable Trademarks will follow the amended regulation accordingly.
