Focusing on key sectors, products and industries, Shijiazhuang Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision of Hebei Province launched a special campaign to combat IPR infringement and the manufacture of counterfeit and shoddy products.

Centering on food, cosmetics, organic products, agricultural supplies, building materials, machinery and electronics, automotive accessories and other key products, Shijiazhuang authorities will severely crack down on the forgery and fraudulent use of other' factory name or address as well as other's quality symbol, sternly punish illegal acts involving violation of domestic and foreign geographical indications being protected in China, and fiercely crack down on adulteration, shoddy and substandard products. 

Relevant departments will enforce strict market access and strengthen the quality and safety supervision, continue to consolidate the results of re-examination of dairy products production, and cancel the production licenses of dairy companies which cannot maintain the licensed production in accordance with the law.

They will give full play to the "12365" hotline to clear the consumer report channels, reward those helping investigating and handling cases strictly in accordance with the "Rewarding Measures for Meritorious Persons Reporting the Manufacture and Sales of Counterfeit and Shoddy Products". [Chinese version is available on Shijiazhuang Daily]
