Recently, according to the Approval of the Foundation of State IPR (Henan) Training Baseof State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO), Zhengzhou University in Henan province was officially approved to set up the State IPR (Henan) Training Base, and has already started to work on this project.

In accordance with the requirement and spirit of the Management Measures of State-level IPR Training Bases and the Evaluation Measures of State-level IPR Training Bases (For Trial Implementation), Zhengzhou University will work hard to establish the institutional framework of the base, build up and perfect the management system, formulate a tangible construction scheme as well as the annual operation plan and provide necessary financial support, in a bid to establish a state IPR training base with Henan characteristics.[Chinese version is available on sipo.gov.cn]
