Shanxi: The 4th batch of municipal ICH projects now open for application

As informed by the Culture, Radio Film, Television and News Bureau of Taiyuan, Shanxi Province, it now started to receive applications for the 4th batch of municipal intangible cultural heritages. Any county-level ICH projects, especially those recognized as the 4th batch of county-level ICH programs, can file application if satisfy the criteria.

Eligible projects shall be typical representatives of excellent Chinese traditional culture, being inherited generation after generation in certain groups or regions and of great local influence. In addition, the counties should finish the compilation of the 4th county-level list in advance by incorporating projects once being neglected but carrying high value and close to extinction.

The deadline of the application  is closed May 30.[Chinese version is available on sipo.gov.cn]
