SIPO Deputy Commissioner He Hua investigated issues on patent law amendment in Zhejiang

Deputy Commissioner of the State Intellectual Property Office He Hua led a group to investigate issues on amending patent law in Zhejiang lately. At the time when the group paid a visit to Wenzhou IP Service Park, He inaugurated Wenzhou (China) IP aid center.

Zhejiang is the first stop for the group to collect advice and complaints proposed by patent enforcement officials, enterprises, industry associations, patent agencies and scholars on the amendment of patent law and its enforcement regulations.
