Inner Mongolia: Hohhot confiscated 6,000 pirated CDs

In a bid to protect genuine audio-visual products and purify cultural environment, Hohhot Cultural Market Comprehensive Law Enforcement Office conducted rectification on audio-visual products from February 15 to 25, confiscating over 6,000 pirated CDs and effectively curbing the illegal operation of selling pirated audio-visual products.

Law enforcement staff checked over 100 stores renting or selling audio-visual products, 16 of which were involved with illegal operation.
