In recent years, USTC has produced a number of original technological achievements with indigenous intellectual property rights, especially in the fields of quantum information, fire and voice information. Based on research, USTC has nurtured more than 50 high-tech enterprises, many of which are industrial leaders such as iFLYTEK. "The mainstay of technological innovation should be enterprises, but Chinese enterprises have been weak in R & D for a long time. Coupled with the risk of technology transfer, enterprises are not in high enthusiasm,” said Zhu Changfei, Vice President of USTC. However, the university has addressed these issues and built a number of cooperative achievement transformation platforms.
