To carry out the spirit of the Mobilization Meeting on Implementing Major S&T Achievement Transformation Project of Sichuan Province and help enterprises to fully utilize innovative policies, Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Department, Sichuan Provincial Economic and Information Technology Committee, Sichuan Provincial Intellectual Property Office among others jointly held the first publicity training on enterprise independent innovation policies in Chengdu City, which attracted more than 150 participants from over 70 enterprises including China MCC5 Group Corp. Ltd., Sichuan Branch of China Mobile, Southwest Research Institute of Chemical Industry.

The meeting combed the supportive independent innovative policies and achievement transformation policies issued by the nation and Sichuan Province, particularly the implementation of the additional deduction policy on enterprises’ technology development fees and practical operation. The meeting also briefed policies and measures on IP creation, protection and utilization as well as the construction of enterprise technology centers.

The purpose of the training was to guide enterprises to follow the implementation of governmental independent innovative policies so as to timely enjoy all the supportive policies to raise their competitiveness.
