Shandong highlights key issues in developing IPR in 2012

Recently, Shandong Provincial Intellectual Property Office announced key issues in developing IPR in 2012 to all its subordinates, requiring them to emancipating their mind and making efforts to protect IPR.

Relevant departments were urged to adhere to Deng Xiaoping Theory and Three Represents, thoroughly implement the scientific concept of development in order to promote the economic development pattern transformation and the industrial structure adjustment and further enforce intellectual property strategies.

The main points of the key issues included 25 items in five aspects, stating that relevant departments should further deepen the implementation of IP strategy, create a sound intellectual property and social atmosphere; step up enforcement system, create good market environment; improve intellectual property management mechanisms, strengthen IPR publicity and training, and cultivate intellectual property talents.
