In a bid to further popularize intellectual property laws, Propaganda Department of CPC Jiangxi Provincial Committee, Department of Justice of Jiangxi and Jiangxi Provincial Law Popularization Office jointly issued a requirement to hold a“Million Netizens Learn Laws”quiz on the law publicity day of December 4. According to statistics, a total of 6,943 people attended the activity, achieving well social effect.

To popularize patent laws, Jiangxi Provincial Law Popularization Office and Jiangxi Provincial Intellectual Property Office jointly issued the Opinions on Strengthening the Study and Popularization of Patent related Laws and Regulations. According to the Opinions, patent laws and regulations will be listed as important laws in popularization activities and as specified contents in examination both for leading cadre and the public in recent two years.
