Days ago, Henan Provincial Intellectual Property Office worked out the IP key work in 2012 and required all the IP authorities to earnestly carry them out.
In 2012, Henan Province will solidly boost IP strategy, gradually raise the ability on IPR creation, use, protection and management, further promote the close integration among IP and economy, science and technology, culture and trade, and quicken the transformation of economic development mode.
The work keynote also determined five targets and six key tasks for the year 2012, covering the cultivation of IP advantage, IP special campaign in industrial clusters, IP industrialization and pilot demonstration work, the optimization of patent administrative enforcement system, efforts on IP protection, IP talent cultivation, indigenous IP technology standard research program, and IP cultural construction。
