Hunan:Patent applications in Yueyang hit the historic high record

This year, patent applications in Yueyang, a county in Hunan province, increased to 93 from 35 in 2010, hitting the historic high record. Among them, 45 were granted.

In recent years, Yueyang has attached great importance to intellectual property protection and has taken a series of measures to promote IP development including launching a patent subsidy policy, educating enterprises in patent filing and conducting several patent enforcement activities.
