As of now, Anhui has owned a total of 77 Chinese Well-known Trademarks, covering all 16 cities in the province, according to information released by Anhui Administration for Industry and Commerce on December 27.

In the first half of 2011, trademarks submitted by 10 entities in the province were newly recognized as Chinese Well-known Trademarks. As of now, the province has a total of 30 newly identified Chinese Well-known Trademarks.

In the first 3 quarters this year, the province had a total of 21,243 trademark registration applications, surpassing the total number of 2010. 

Meanwhile, enterprises in the province have used their trademarks to obtain 199 items of bank loans valued at 2.178 billion yuan, indicating that they have made a full play to their trademarks. [Chinese version is available on xinhuanet.com]
