Panzhihua made a breakthrough in patent applications

Statistics show that in the first eleven months this year, patent applications in Panzhihua city reached 1,044, far exceeding 811 in 2010. It is worth mentioning that the city has fulfilled the application goals set by both the provincial intellectual property office and the municipal government. 

In addition, invention patent applications in this period amounted to 333, taking up 31% of the total applications.

As of the end of November, 761 patents have been approved, exceeding a total of 545 in the whole 2010. [Chinese version is available on roll.sohu.com]
