On December 21, the incubation patent technology center and the exhibition and trade center in Shangqiu city of Henan province opened. Director of Henan IPO Guo Minsheng and leaders of the municipal government attended the opening ceremony.　　

Shangqiu incubation center runs machinery, electronics, bio-pharmaceuticals, dyeing equipment and other industries. It provides incubation enterprises a preferential policy environment to achieve commercialization and industrialization. It will also help foster a number of enterprises with indigenous intellectual property rights and core competitiveness. Both centers will build an important platform between inventors and markets featuring intellectual property services.
