A national conference on IP enforcement held in Changsha

IP offices at 31 provinces, municipalities and regions signed a trans-provincial patent administrative enforcement agreement to cooperate on case investigation and joint enforcement. Such an initiative will bring into full play the role of patent administrative enforcement, reduce rights protection cost, improve administrative enforcement efficiency and create a sound environment for IP creation and utilization.　　

It is reported that 2,572 patent infringement and counterfeiting cases have been investigated during the special campaign against IPR infringement and counterfeiting, which effectively protects the legal rights of right holders and stakeholders. 　

In addition, Hunan has established the first tribunal court of patent reexamination board in the central and south China. China (Hunan) IPR Protection Assistance Center is approved by responsible authorities.　

Meanwhile, the 5th China Intellectual Property Enforcement Forum was held.
