Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region signed a patent law administrative enforcement deal with 12 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in the west, including Gansu province, Chongqing city, Sichuan province, Guizhou province and Yunnan province.
The patent law administrative enforcement deal between 12 western provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities consists of six chapters, namely, guiding ideology, basic principles, coordination contents, jurisdiction of patent cases, working procedures and safeguards.
The signing and implementing of this deal is of active role in strengthening exchange and coordination on patent law administrative enforcement between different regions and creating a sound IP law environment in the western region. It will advance the IPR protection capacity in that area.
