Hong Kong to establish an IP exchange center

Official intellectual property exchange was not very popular before and always happened between enterprises and individuals under the table.

But now, Chicago Exchange Center, the world's only official IP exchange center, will cooperate with Paris and Hong Kong to establish a global IP exchange network before the end of this year.

The reason why Hong Kong beat other competitors is that Chinese mainland has a large number of patent applications but an undeveloped exchanging system.

The fact that Hong Kong becomes the IP exchange center across Asia will vigorously boost the trading of mainland's intellectual property assets.
