Recently, eight universities in Hangzhou development zone including Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, Zhejiang Gongshang University, Hangzhou Dianzi University and China Jiliang University attended an IP forum organized by the Science and Technology Bureau in the zone to talk about current situation of patent development.
The Bureau explicated patent incentive systems and subsidy policies as well as rendering modes of patent funding and application-related rules for universities.
