Shandong: 121 ICH of Zaozhuang Protected and Inherited

A conference was convened to discuss the third ICH (intangible cultural heritage) list of Zaozhuang city. The city has always attached great attention to the protection of ICH. A four-level ICH list protection system has been basically formed, ensuring an effective protection and utilization of ICH.

After reviewing 76 ICH projects, experts raised a recommendation list, including 32 projects in 8 classes. In particular, there are 6 pieces of folk literature, 1 piece of traditional music, 2 pieces of quyi, 1 piece of traditional sports, recreation and acrobatics, 10 traditional crafts, 1 piece of traditional medicine and 2 pieces of folk custom.Zaozhuang has a long history of economic and social development, profound cultural heritage, superior geographic position and natural conditions, which eventually form rich ICH resources.
