Recently, a number of officials, experts and representatives from relevant departments including the high court, the intellectual property office, the copyright bureau, universities and enterprises attended an IP seminar on cloud computing.

The meeting analyzed intellectual property problems involving cloud computing and advised implementing an IP pilot project on cloud computing.

Experts talked over issues on IP protection, development, improvement and management regarding to cloud computing technology and achieved consensus that a pilot project in this regard was in urgent need and was a significant measure taken to support and protect the city's cloud computing industry.
