n order to consolidate the achievements obtained in the special campaign, Shanxi Intellectual Property Office has taken a series of measures to constantly strengthen the estalishment of a long-term mechanism on intellectual property protection.

In response to the amendment of the national patent law, the Office has timely issued a new version of patent regulation provisions and plans to amend the patent implementation and protection provisions. Thus there are laws and regulations to go by when handling violations.

Some of local officials were selected to take training courses on administrative law enforcement.

The Office also made full use of the hotline 12330 to handle IP complaints.

Representatives from some cities in the province were sent to take part in the seminar on IP enforcement held by the State Intellectual Property Office to learn from other offices' practice in IP protection and enforcement.
