Currently, counterfeiters target brand products. Well-known enterprises thus become the major force to protect legal rights. In Jiangsu Province, the collaboration of government and enterprises has become an effective way to combat infringements.
Jiangsu is one of the most developed regions in China. It is also a model in implementing rights-safeguarding and anti-counterfeiting. Since the launch of the special campaign against infringing and counterfeiting in October 2011, Jiangsu has dispatched law enforcement staff for 101,661 person-times, destroyed 229 illicit workshops and investigated 2,684 cases of various types valued at 294,930,000 yuan, effectively curbing and combating infringements.
Jiangsu Tailong Decelerator Machinery Co., Ltd. is the first enterprise obtaining Chinese famous brands and Chinese well-known trademarks in the decelerator machinery industry. In recent years, there is no end to the forging of Tailong trademark and Tailong products. Tailong thus take various measures to actively support government to fight against violations. Since September 1, 2011, it has realized the real-name printing of sales contracts, which is a unique step toward implementing rights-safeguarding and anti-counterfeiting.
Tailong Company has adopted new designated stamp and contracts of new form in place of old ones to increase legal awareness and improve IPR protection mechanism.
