Hunan release the Outline of IP Talent Development

The Outline of Hunan Intellectual Property Talent Development (the Outline) was jointly formulated by the Organization Department of Hunan Provincial Committee and Hunan Provincial Intellectual Property Office, according to the information released by the latter on September 26.　　

Hunan has been in lack of IP talents, especially inter-disciplinary talents and pragmatic personnels. IP talent cultivation has been put on the agenda of the Plan of Hunan Intellectual Property Strategy Implementation and the Outline of Hunan Mid-long Term Talent Development (2010-2020). Focusing on the cultivation of IP administrators and intermediary service talents, the newly released Outline is set to cultivate 15,000 IP talents by 2015 and 30,000 ones by 2020 in the fields of patents, trademarks, copyrights, trademark secrets, geographical indications and others. Up to 2020, there will be 700 patent administrative personnels and 10,000 patent administrators in enterprises and government institutions.
