In a bid to conscientiously implement the 'Outline of National Intellectual Property Strategy' and vigorously promote the transformation of economic growth mode, the municipal administration for industry and commerce of Putian has issued a 'Notice of Putian 2011on implementing trademark strategies in exemplary enterprises' (hereinafter referred to as the 'Notice') and the 'Guidance to direct the city's demonstration enterprises to implement the trademark strategies' (hereinafter referred to as the 'Guidance').
In response to the Notice and Guidance and based on local condition, relevant departments in the city have fostered a batch of competitive enterprises with indigenous innovations and famous brands, boosting the city's economic growth.
Six enterprises including Powerland and Bestrong have been recognized as the first batch of demonstration enterprises in this regard.
The administration has required relevant departments to pay full attention to trademark strategy implementation and constantly provide strong support to enterprises.
Demonstration enterprises have been encouraged to use their advantages to explore new ideas and practical approaches and formulate effective implementation programs. They have also been required to share their experiences with other enterprises to help them increase their creative capacity and core competitiveness.
