Shaanxi IPR Working Conference was held on September 9 and was addressed by Vice Governor Zhu Jingzhi and Deputy Commissioner of the State Intellectual Property Office He Hua.
In her speech, Zhu fully affirmed the IPR achievements attained by the province during the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period, deeply analyzed the opportunities and challenges faced currently and made a comprehensive deployment for the next five years.
She pointed out that the development of intellectual property rights is indispensable to innovation and legislation and their prosperity is dependent on market and the economy; as a result, the enhancement of IPR requires careful treatment of the dialectical relationship among those factors.
Zhu emphasized that IPR is a systematic project that needs coordination by various stakeholders, who should promote IPR commercialization, actively create a healthy environment and make more contribution to a stronger Shaanxi.
He Hua analyzed the situation and tasks faced right now and provided suggestions for future IPR development in the province. He hoped that IPR development in Shaanxi could continue to maintain its characteristics and facilitate the harmonious growth of the province.
Prominent organizations and individuals in IPR sector were awarded at the conference.
