Heilongjiang: A training for patent law enforcement staff

2011/09/08

A second round training for nationwide patent administrative law enforcement staff was hosted  by the State Intellectual Property Office in Harbin City of Heilongjiang Province. Patent law enforcement staff from IP administration sectors of every province, city, autonomous region and independently administered municipal district attended the training.

Heilongjiang has been witnessing a rapid growth in patent applications during the past two years, raising an increasing demand for patent administrative protection. The province might learn something from the training.
