Jilin: Changchun convened a seminar on the supervision over IP transfer and transformation

Recently, a seminar on the supervision over intellectual property transfer and transformation was convened in Changchun, capital city of northeast China's Jilin province.

A representative from Chinese Academy of Sciences delivered a report entitled 'Analysis on issues on the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements', and also introduced regulations on IP transfer and transformation, administrative systems and supervision.

Afterwards, attendees have talked about measures on enhancing IP transfer and transformation, and achieved preliminary consensus in this regard.
