During the "Drawing Sword Action" carried out by the Ministry of Public Security, Hubei police uncovered 185 cases, with a total value of 1 billion yuan, destroyed 187 criminal groups and arrested 561 suspects.

To respond to the "Drawing Sword Action", Hubei Provincial Public Security set up a leading group and opened a reporting and complaint hotline. Once identified, the reporter would obtain an award of 1,000 to 20,000 yuan. In August, according to the clues provided by local people, Xiangyang Municipal Public Security destroyed an illegal site producing counterfeit chemical fertilizers, seizing 1,980 tons of counterfeits and raw materials as well as 215,000 domestic and foreign branded fertilizer packages. The suspect has been caught.

Considering counterfeits scattered in neighboring provinces, Hubei police, under the deployment of the Ministry of Public Security, coordinated with its counterparts in Guangdong and Zhejiang provinces to attack criminal groups producing and selling fake medicine. Resultingly, they destroyed 15 dens, seized 16 suspects and confiscated 10 kinds of virility drugs valued at hundreds of millions of yuan.
