New cloud computing center

A cloud computing center recently began operation in Jinan, the provincial capital.

Developed by the city government and Inspur, a supplier of computing platforms and IT applications, the center is designed to enhance the government's management of public services.

It can also provide services to more than 1,000 local companies and small businesses in other regions.

Cloud computing provides file sharing, storage and software over the Internet.
