Sichuan: paving the way for indigenous intellectual property

Sichuan opened an information service platform of scientific and technological achievements on July 22. The platform will provide "one-stop" service for scientific and technological enterprises and research institutions, helping them break through financing bottleneck and seek trading markets for indigenous intellectual property achievements.

According to a representative from the platform, they will provide various scientific and technological services, including information release, information search, value-added service of IP transformation, scientific and technological financing and talent pool consulting and promoting. Enterprises can realize cross-regional exchange and cooperation by logging in the website of the platform or by (dialing) the green channel hotline for scientific and technological service.

Up to now, the platform has collected over 20,000 pieces of scientific and technological information, including 6,825 scientific and technological achievements, 5,977 technological offerings, 101 technical requirements and 281 high-end expert data. As the first IP transformation activity organized by the service platform, the Achievements of Science and Technology Exposition, with a theme of "Integrating Science and Technology Exposition and Promoting West Development", was widely introduced and exhibited.
