It was reported on July 11 from Henan Quality Supervision Administration that the Administration, coordinated by the Public Security Organs, had resolved a batch of major cases during the special campaign against IPR infringement and the production and sale of counterfeit and shoddy goods.

Up to now, Henan Province has conducted a series of infringement crackdown activities according to the deployment of the State Council.

Since the launch of the special campaign, Henan has conducted special rectification actions in four key areas-Xuchang, Changge, Kaifeng and Zhoukou. As many as 11 kinds of products including agricultural means of production and home applications were subjective to inspection. 

Henan Quality Supervision Administration ensured product quality by thorough investigation over production source. It totally sent out 19,183 law enforcement officers, handled 1,444 cases and filed 510 ones, and confiscated over 11,306,900 yuan worth of illegal goods.
