Yunnan: Dali institutes IP joint conference system

Recently, Dali County of Yunnan Province officially instituted IP joint conference system after the approval of Dali People’s Government.

The IP joint conference will be presided over by the Vice Governor of Dali People’s Government for Intellectual Property and the members consist of 23 governmental departments including IPR administrations, enforcement entities, judicial organs and other IP-related entities.

The main duties of the IP joint conference are to coordinate the IP work of the whole county, work out policies and countermeasures to carry out IP strategy, help to solve related problems, organize integrated IP enforcement actions and dissemination activities and set up IP liaison system.
