On a symposium on case research, jointly organized by Tianjin Municipal Intellectual Property Office and the Municipal Higher People's Court, attendees discussed the administrative law enforcement and the trial of IP cases from the perspectives of procedures, methods, evidences, judging and enforcing; meanwhile, explored the patent cases accepted recently.
The discussion helped them to understand more about each other and unify enforcement standards and raise the level of law enforcement, thus bring into play the active role of the judicial and administrative dual protection mode.
