Recently, Jiangsu released a guideline on IP application and protection for foreign-funded enterprises.
The guideline consists of eight parts that introduce the procedures of application and registration of patents, trademarks and copyrights, as well as the procedures and approaches in protecting IPR when foreign-funded enterprises in the province encounter IP infringement.
The guideline also provides the contact information of IP administrative departments, patent agencies, IP aid centers and IP organizations and associations in Jiangsu Province.
The Chinese-Japanese version of the guideline was released on May 31 and the Chinese-English version is on its way now.
